When you come to know yourselves, then you will become known,
and you will realize that it is you who are the sons of the living Father. But
if you will not know yourselves, you dwell in poverty and it is you who are
that poverty.
Jesus of Nazareth
Self-observation brings man to the realization of the
necessity of self-change. And in observing himself a man notices that
self-observation itself brings about certain changes in his inner processes. He
begins to understand that self-observation is an instrument of self-change, a
means of awakening.
